Roles Management

Our system within TeamMate+ is very configurable. For example, we allow our users to rename labels throughout the entire application via Taxonomy setup. This is very time consuming to setup and can be over stimulating to viewers when viewing all the fields in a matrix. To describe it further it is a wall of checkboxes that has overgrown its capacity.

We have started a new wizard type of approach to create roles which allows the user to drill down and focus on one role at a time and what permissions the roles have across the board. After testing we found this amount of information was legible and we will continue to apply this approach within the entire app.
